For kiosk payment / dispense issues, always use the QR code on the kiosk. The QR automatically links your request to the correct kiosk for faster verification.

How to raise a request
  1. Scan the QR code displayed on the kiosk.
  2. Select the issue type (No dispense / Payment deducted / BrewPass etc.)
  3. Enter your details and add a short summary.
  4. Upload UPI payment screenshot (for payment/refund cases).
Response time: within 12 working hours. Refunds (if eligible) are processed after verification using kiosk logs and payment proof.
